About Us
Mark and Kathy are life-long equestrians and in later years have traveled across the western states to trail ride. They truly appreciate having overnight stays that are both safe and convenient to their travels.
In 2017 Mark and Kathy Gutzeit moved to Nora Springs, Iowa. Knowing that location is “everything”, in 2018 they decided to develop their acreage to create an overnight experience for equestrian traveling to various destinations. Mark drives commercial truck locally and Kathy works for the Iowa Department of Transportation.
